آریا متولد مشهد است و در دبیرستان تیزهوشان درس می‌خواند. او در شش سالگی از آب ترس داشته، اما برادرش که دروازبان سابق تیم ملی واترپلو نیز بوده است، آریا را کم کم با آب دوست کرده است تا اینکه از هشت سالگی آریا و آب دیگر از یکدیگر جدا نشدند، هر کجا که آب بود آریا نیز بود. آب دنیای این نوجوان مستعد ایران شد. آریا از ۹ سالگی وارد دنیای حرفه ای شنا شد و در ۱۰ سالگی در رقابت های قهرمانی کشور شرکت کرد. علاقه او به شنا تا حدی است که آبی تنها رنگ مورد علاقه‌اش است، آریا علاقه‌ای به شهرت ندارد و از اینکه فوتبالیست نیست، پشیمان نشده و ترجیح می دهد به چیزی که در آن استعداد دارد، کارش را ادامه دهد تا اینکه فقط دنبال چیزی باشد که او را به پول و شهرت می‌رساند. علاقه او به شنا تا حدی است که هیچ رشته دیگری را دوست ندارد، البته گاهی واترپلو بازی می‌کند اما به صورت تفریحی که خب البته واترپلو هم از خانواده شنا است. با حسن تفتیان از ورزشکاران دومیدانی در اردوی مجارستان آشنا شده اما با سایر ورزشکاران ایرانی فرصت آشنایی را پیدا نکرده است، دو شناگر مجارستانی و آفریقای جنوبی تکنینک‌های خاصی در شنای قورباغه دارند، آریا علاوه بر اینکه به تکنیک این دو علاقه‌مند است خصایص اخلاقی نظیر فروتن بودن و اخلاق خوش این دو را نیز تحسین می‌کند. آریا از ورزش بانوان نیز بی‌خبر نیست و احتمال مدال آوری نجمه خدمتی و کیمیا علیزاده را در المپیک بالا می‌داند. آریا نسیمی‌شاد تا یک سال پیش حتی تصور این را نداشت که در المپیک ۲۰۱۶ ریو حضور داشته باشد، اما از مهرماه سال گذشته که برنامه‌های تیم ملی برای المپیک آغاز شد به فکر سفر به ریودوژانیرو افتاد. تنها عاملی که باعث شد با وجود تمام سختی ها در شنا باقی بماند عشق و علاقه او به شنا است، اگرچه مربیان بسیاری از رده سنی پایه تا حرفه‌ای در کشف و رشد استعداد آریا نسیمی‌شاد ایفای نقش کرده‌اند اما بدون تردید هیچ یک از کاشناسان شنای ایران نمی‌توانند نقش خشایار حضرتی را در موفقیت او انکار کنند. حضرتی که در باشگاه های موج های آبی مشهد و همچنین تیم ملی به عنوان مربی تمرینات نسیمی‌شاد را برنامه‌ریزی می‌کند، بیش از هر فرد دیگری به توانایی‌های شاگردش ایمان دارد و در روزهای باقی‌مانده به المپیک با حساسیت زیادی به آریا تمرین می‌دهد. پیش از بازی‌های ریو گفت و گویی با آریا نسیمی شاد به همراه خشایار حضرتی مربی تیم ملی شنای ایران در خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران داشتیم که این نشست صمیمانه را در ادامه می خوانیم: فدراسیون شنا شناگران ایرانی بیوگرافی خشایار حضرتی بیوگرافی آریا نسیمی شاد ایرانیان در المپیک 2016 المپیک 2016 ریودوژانیرو *

شناگران حرفه‌ای در ایران فقط به دلیل علاقه ورزش می‌کنند نسیمی‌شاد: پنج ملی پوش حال حاضر کشور از یک نقطه ای شنا را آغاز کردند اما نقطه شروع شنا در کشور مشکل دارد. در هیچ یک از استان‌های کشور استخر در اختیار نداریم و تعداد اندک استخر موجود نیز استاندارد نیست و همین تعداد اندک نیز اجاره داده می شود. برای شروع شنا و رسیدن به موفقیت باید تمام امکانات در اختیار باشد. رسیدن من به این موقعیت تنها به دلیل تلاش های خودم نبوده است و مربیان و مسئولان نیز تلاش کرده اند، نمی توان گفت کشف استعداد نداریم، تعدادی استعداد در شنا حضور دارند ولی این تعداد بسیار اندک هستند، استعدادیابی گسترده‌ای در سطح کشور انجام نمی شود و کسانی که در شنا حضور دارند به دلیل علاقه خودشان به این ورزش می‌پردازند. *خودم تنها هستم و رقیبی ندارم نسیمی‌شاد: در پنج سال گذشته باشگاه موج های آبی اسپانسر تیم مشهد در لیگ بود، حدود دو سال حضور نداشت و از سه سال پیش بار دیگر موج های آبی حامی تیم مشهد در لیگ شد. من نیز نخستین باری که دیده شدم با باشگاه موج های آبی و در لیگ برتر بود. برای حضور در رقابت‌های دوبی دو سال است که باشگاه موج های آبی هزینه ما را پرداخت می کند. همچنین به دلیل اینکه مشغول به تحصیل هستم و در مشهد حضور دارم برای اینکه لطمه‌ای به درس خواندم وارد نشود با آژانس از مدرسه به استخر می‌روم و بر می‌گردم و باشگاه موج های آبی تمام هزینه‌ها را پرداخت می‌کند. زمانی که نوجوان هستی دوست داری دیده شوی، چون همه از تو قوی‌تر و بزرگتر هستند ولی الان که بزرگتر شده‌ام دیگر آن حس را ندارم چون دیگر رقیبی ندارم و خودم تنها هستم.

*رسانه‌ها نقش کلیدی در موفقیت شنا دارند نسیمی‌شاد:

در حال حاضر در چهار دوره‌ای که مسابقات لیگ شنا برگزار شده، تنها شاید دو دوره از مسابقات در بخش صبح از تلویزیون منعکس شده است، زمانیکه که پخش تلویزیونی نباشد، نه شناگران، نه مربیان و نه شنا شناخته نمی‌شوند و به همین دلیل اسپانسر ها به سمت شنا نمی‌آیند . یا سپاه در شنا حضور دارد یا باشگاهی مانند موج‌های آبی که این حوزه فعالیت دارد و به دلیل علاقه شخصی رئیس آن در این ورزش سرمایه‌گذایر می‌کند. تبلیغات در شنا کم است و زمانی که تبلیغات کم باشد اسپانسر برای دیده شدن بیشتر سمت رشته‌هایی مانند فوتبال و والیبال می‌رود.

*برخی تیم‌ها بدون هزینه و رایگان در لیگ شنا تیم‌داری می‌کنند حضرتی:

تقریبا اکثر ملی پوشان با توجه به اینکه از شناگران باشگاه موج های آبی نبودند ولی با حمایت باشگاه موج های آبی در سه سال گذشته در مسابقات دبی شرکت کردند. به دلیل عدم پخش تلویزیونی کم و ساعت‌های نامناسب پخش تلویزیونی اسپانسرها و باشگاه‌ها رغبت به حمایت از شنا ندارند. در حال حاضر حمایت‌کنندگان مالی در لیگ شنا، باشگاه موج های آبی، حدود دو تیم نفتی وحدود دو تیم نظامی هستند که از سربازان بهره می‌گیرند. سایر تیم‌ها بدون هزینه و رایگان در لیگ حضور دارند. قرار دادها پایین است حداکثر مبلغ قرار داد ملی پوشان ۱۲ میلیون تومان است. هر چه اسپانسر ها تمایل بیشتری برای حمایت نشان دهند سطح کیفی لیگ بهتر خواهد شد. حضور بیشتر شناگران در تیم های مختلف رقابت را بیشتر خواهد کرد و این باعث می شود شناگران برای کسب نتایج بهتر بیشتر تلاش کنند تا پیشرفت بیشتر و گستردگی را در شنا شاهد باشیم.فدراسیون شنا شناگران ایرانی بیوگرافی خشایار حضرتی بیوگرافی آریا نسیمی شاد ایرانیان در المپیک 2016 المپیک 2016 ریودوژانیرو

*نمی شود گفت استخر، یک چاله با آب است که مقداری کلر به آن اضافه شده است حضرتی:

امکانات در شنا صفر است، تنها یک استخر بین المللی آزادی را داریم که البته استخر تمرینی آن را خراب کردند و خود استخر قهرمانی نیز بسیاری از امکانات را به دلیل فرسودگی و عدم بازسازی از دست داده است، سقف استخر خراب است و در زمستان‌ها برف و باران وارد آن می‌شود به طوری که گویا استخر سقف ندارد. استخری که در اختیار داریم نه تنها استخر قهرمانی نیست بلکه حتی استخر تمرینی مناسب نیز نیست، یک چاله با آب است که مقداری کلر به آن اضافه شده است. در صورتی که در همین مشهد که آریا تمرین می‌کند سال‌ها است یک استخر ۵۰ متر در کنار استخری که تمرین می‌کنند در حال ساخت است که هنوز هم تمام نشده است.

*۱۷ سال ساخت استخر ۹ دی طول کشید! برای رشد شنا نیز باید به همین اندازه منتظر بود حضرتی:

استخر ۹ دی که دومین استخر استاندارد است نیز یکسری ایرادات دارد. سکوهای آن خیلی مناسب نیست. سقف آن نیز مشکل دارد، با وجود اینکه مراحل ساخت استخر تمام شده است ولی هنوز قسمت هایی از آن به طور کامل تحویل داده نشده است. سال ۱۹۹۴ بعد از انقلاب نخستین تیمی بودیم که برای شرکت در رقابت های قهرمانی جهان عازم رقابت‌های رم ایتالیا شدیم، چند ماه پیش از اعزام دکتر بانکی زمین ۹ دی را تحویل گرفتند و کار حفاری، گودبراداری و ساخت استخر آغاز شد. سال ۲۰۰۹ نیز که به عنوان مربی به رقابت های قهرمانی جهان رم اعزام شدم هنوز ساخت استخر تمام نشده بود و فکر می‌کنم یک سال بعد یعنی ۲۰۱۰ تازه استخر ۹ دی افتتاح شد. نزدیک به ۱۷ سال ساخت یک استخر طول کشید، برای رشد شنا هم باید به همین مقدار منتظر باشیم. سه سال است که برای اردو و یا مسابقات به مجارستان می‌رویم و هر سال در یک استخر جدید حضور داریم. سال دیگر نیز میزبان رقابت‌های قهرمانی جهان است، قرار بر این بود مکزیک میزبان قهرمانی جهان ۲۰۱۷ باشد ولی انصراف داد و فدراسیون جهانی از مجارستان که میزبان رقابت های ۲۰۱۹ بود درخواست کرد دو سال زودتر میزبان بازی‌ها باشد، مجارستان پذیرفت و در کمتر از دو سال ساخت مجموعه آبی را آغاز کرده است ولی ما در حال حاضر یک استخر معمولی نمی توانیم بسازیم و در مشهد ۱۰ سال است که در حال ساخت یک استخر هستیم. نسیمی شاد: زمانی که من شنا را شروع کردم می خواستند استخر را سرپوشیده کنند، از سال ۱۳۹۲ در هر مصاحبه ای که انجام می‌دهم می گویم انشالله پایان امسال تمام می شود. الان ۱۳۹۵ هستیم و همچنان تمام نشده است.

*متاسفانه کمیته ملی المپیک در سال قبل از المپیک تصمیم به ترمیم خوابگاه گرفت! :

حضرتی متاسفانه کمیته ملی المپیک در مهرماه سال گذشته درست در سال قبل از المپیک تصمیم به ترمیم خوابگاه گرفت، نمی‌دانم دلیل این کار چه بود که خوابگاه المپیکی‌ها که برای خود کمیته بود و اکثر ملی‌پوشان در آن اقامت داشتند، چنین تصمیمی گرفته شد! سپس قرار داد رستوران تمام شد .چند ماه نیز بدون رستوران بودیم و ورزشکاران از نظر غذایی نیز با مشکل مواجه شدند. باید امکانات المپیکی فراهم شود، شنا نیز مانند والیبال، کشتی، دوچرخه سواری و سایر رشته‌ها باید خوابگاه اختصاصی داشته باشد، اما حتی استخر آزادی نیز در اختیار فدراسیون نیست و هر سال فدراسیون برای تمرین تیم های شنا ، شیرجه و واترپلو مجبور است مبالغی را پرداخت کند. استخر ۹ دی خوابگاه دارد و ولی رستوران ندارد، ظرفیت خوابگاه نیز حدود ۳۰ نفر است و اگر تیم شنا اردو داشته باشد دیگر شیرجه و واترپلو نمی‌توانند اردو برگزار کنند. در حق شنا عادلانه رفتار نمی‌شود، با اینکه چهار رشته شنا، شیرجه، واترپلو و سینکرونایز در بخش بانوان زیر نظر یک فدراسیون است و هیچ کمپ تمرینی برای تیم های ملی وجود ندارد. نسیمی‌شاد: من در مشهد با همان برنامه‌هایی که حضرتی می فرستاد با مربیان بومی تمرین می‌کردم . شرایط تغذیه‌ای خوب بود چون در خانه بودم. در خانه همه چیز خوب بود ، ولی استخر مشکل اصلی من بود.

*در ۵۰ سال گذشته در هیچ کشوری دیگر از سکوهای قدیمی استفاده نمی‌شود جز ایران! حضرتی:

آریا در استخر ۳۳ متر در حال تمرین کردن است در حالی که باید در استخر ۵۰ متر تمرین کند. استخری قدیمی با امکانات قدیمی، فکر نمی‌کنم در ۵۰ سال گذشته در هیچ کشوری از چنین سکوهایی دیگر استفاده شود، سکوهایی سیمانی! آریا با این شرایط تمرین کرد ولی خب جا و مکان و تغذیه آن خوب بود چرا که در خانه بود. شرایط تمرینی مهم است. زمانی‌که قرار باشد در استخر ۵۰ متر برای مسابقه شرکت کنید باید ریتم شنا خود را با آن هماهنگ کنید. ریتم شنا در استخر ۳۳ متر با استخر ۵۰ متر متفاوت است و حتی ۲۵ متر هم فرق دارد. باز استخر ۲۵ متر ریتمی نزدیک به ریتم ۵۰ متر دارد چون از نظر متراژی برابر هستند ، ولی در استخر ۳۳ متر زمین تا آسمان تفاوت وجود دارد. حتی ممکن است در برخی از استخر ها ۲۸٫۸۰ متر باشد، در نهایت به ۱۰۰ نمی رسد و همین باعث می‌شود رکورد های به دست آمده با رکورد های استخر ۵۰ متر کسبمی‌شود، متفاوت باشد. نمی شود کاملاً رکوردهای تمرینی را سنجید و فقط با رکورد های تمرینی خودش سنجیده می شود.فدراسیون شنا شناگران ایرانی بیوگرافی خشایار حضرتی بیوگرافی آریا نسیمی شاد ایرانیان در المپیک 2016 المپیک 2016 ریودوژانیرو نسیمی‌شاد: سه تا ۳۳ متر، ۹۹ متر می‌شود، ۱۰۰ متر نمی شود!

*دمای آب ۳۱ درجه مناسب نیست حضرتی:

یکی دیگر از ایرادات بزرگ در شنا اجاره دادن استخر ها به بخش خصوصی است، حتی گاهی اوقات دست هیات‌ها هست و بلیط فروشی برای عموم صورت می‌گیرد و عموم مردم ایران نیز دوست دارند در آب ۳۱، ۳۲ درجه شنا کنند که احساس گرما کنند در صورتی که این آب برای تمرین کردن مناسب نیست حتی برای عموم هم مناسب نیست و بهترین درجه آب ۲۶ تا ۲۸ درجه است. در سایر کشور ها چه برای تمرین و چه برای استفاده عموم دمای آب ۲۶ تا ۲۸ درجه است. ولی متاسفانه شناگران ما در دمای ۳۱ تا ۳۲ درجه شنا می کنند که خیلی مناسب نیست و باعث می شود چهره‌های برافروخته داشته باشند و حتی باعث گشادی قلب آنها می شود که همین این باعث می‌شود بسیار ی شناگران از تمرینات زده شوند و شنا را رها کنند.

*شنا جوانمردانه‌ترین مسابقاتی است که برگزار می‌شود حضرتی:

شنا جوانمردانه‌ترین مسابقاتی است که برگزار می شود، چرا که در دور مقدماتی چه ۱۰ شناگر حضور داشته باشد و چه ۵۰ شناگر همه آنها در دسته‌های خود دسته‌بندی شده‌اند و در نهایت از رکورد بهتر به رکورد برتر چیده می‌شوند. تنها نفرات برتر صعود می‌کنند و هرکسی که سریع‌تر شنا کند راهی فینال می شود. زمانیکه مسابقات جهانی و المپیک شنا را تماشا می کنید شاید در هشت روز برگزاری مسابقه تنها یک یا دو خطا انجام شود.

*در آلمان شرقی‌ از سال ۱۹۶۰ تاثیر اردوی ارتفاع را می‌دانستند حضرتی:

یکی از اردوهای بسیار مهم برای شناگران مخصوصاً شناگرانی که در ۱۰۰، ۲۰۰ متر و در متراژهای بالاتر شنا می‌کنند، اردوی ارتفاع است. قرار بر این بود که سه ماه اردو برگزار کنیم که از اردوی ارتفاع آغاز شود و در مجارستان ادامه‌دار باشد تا روز مسابقه کسب سهمیه و سه مسابقه تا مسابقه اصلی برگزار کنیم که به دلیل شرایط و محدودیت‌های مالی این اتفاق رخ نداد. سال ۲۰۰۷، ۲۰۰۸ و ۲۰۰۹ برای حضور در رقابت‌های جهانی و المپیک در اردوی ارتفاع بلغارستان شرکت کرده بودیم. کمپ بلغارستان سال ۱۹۶۰ توسط آلمان شرقی‌ها ساخته شده است و در آن زمان آنها تاثیر اردوی ارتفاع را درک کرده بودند. به دلیل اینکه المپیک ۱۹۶۸ در مکزیکوسیتی که در ارتفاع بسیار بالایی قرار دارد، برگزار می‌شد آلمان شرقی‌ها برای اینکه با هوای مکزیکوسیتی هم عادت شوند این کمپ را ساختند. بعد از اینکه آلمان شرقی و غربی متحد شدند تفاهم نامه‌ای امضا شد و کل کمپ به کشور بلغارستان واگذر شد. تمرین در ارتفاع باعث می‌شود هموگلبین بیشتری وارد خون شود و اکسیژن‌گیری خون بیشتر شود. بعد از پایین آمدن از ارتفاع بدن توانایی اکسیژن گیری بیشتری دارد و ورزشکار می‌تواند شدیدتر و بهتر تمرین کند. در گذشته در اواخر روزهای تمرین که میزان هموگلوبین خون بالا بود از ورزشکاران در ارتفاع خون می‌گرفتند و نزدیک مسابقه دوباره خون تزریق می‌شد که دوپینگ خون نامیده می‌شد. در گذشته نتایج خوبی از اردو ی ارتفاع کسب کرده‌ایم.

* تا به حال اردوی ارتفاع نرفته‌ام نسیمی‌شاد:

تا به حال اردوی ارتفاع نرفته‌ام اما از تاثیرگذاری آن اطلاع دارم، سه هفته اردوی ارتفاع تا سه ماه تمرینات فصل را جلو می‌اندازد و بر روی عملکرد در روز مسابقه بسیار تاثیر گذار است مخصوصاً برای من که در ۲۰۰ متر فعالیت دارم و تمرینات هوازی بسیار مهم است. فدراسیون شنا شناگران ایرانی بیوگرافی خشایار حضرتی بیوگرافی آریا نسیمی شاد ایرانیان در المپیک 2016 المپیک 2016 ریودوژانیرو

*احساس خطر کنیم، پیشرفت خواهیم کرد نسیمی‌شاد:

دیگر در لیگ احساس خطر نمی‌کنم. یکی از عواملی که در شنا بسیار مهم است رقیب تمرینی است. زمانیکه یک نفر در شنا کردن از تو جلوتر باشد انگیزه داری که به اوبرسی. حتی اگر به اندازه یک دست از تو پیش باشد می خواهی آن یک دست را هم جبران کنی، زمانیکه خودت همیشه جلو باشی و کسی نیست که تورا بگیرد برای پیشرفت انگیزه باقی نمی‌ماند . احساس خطر باعث پیشرفت می‌شود و تعداد شناگران ملی پوش از پنج نفر بیشتر خواهند شد. اگر رقیب و امکانات نباشد، پیشرفت کند می‌شود.

*مایکل فلپس باوجود تمام مسابقاتی که شرکت کرده است باز می گوید اشکالاتی دارد نسیمی‌شاد:

مایکل فلپس در یک دوره بازی‌های المپیک هشت مدال طلا کسب کرد، تا به حال ایران نتوانسته حتی یک مدال به دست آورد. جالب این است فلپس با وجود تمام مسابقاتی که شرکت کرده است در رقابت‌های انتخابی کسب سهمیه در مصاحبه خود گفت هنوز ایراداتی دارم که تا المپیک باید بر روی آنها کار کنم در صورتی که ما تا قبل از رقابت‌های کسب سهمیه مسابقه‌ای نداشتیم تا ایرادهای خودمان را متوجه شویم. فلپس که حدود ۲۰ مدال المپیک دارد هنوز می گوید ایرادهایی دارد و برای رفع ایرادهای خود در مسابقه شرکت می‌کند. تا زمانی که در مسابقه شرکت نکنیم نمی‌توانیم ایراد کار خود را متوجه شویم تا رفع کنیم و تازه بعد از مسابقه اصلی ایرادات خود را متوجه می شویم که دیگر کاری از دستمان بر نمی‌آید.

*به زودی وضع شنا، شیرجه و واترپلو از شرایط حال حاضر بدتر هم خواهد شد حضرتی:

بعد از بازی های آسیایی ۱۹۹۴ هیروشیما جلسه گذاشتند بر روی رشته های پرمدال کار کنند ولی روز به روز شرایط بدتر شد و به زودی وضع شنا، شیرجه و واترپلو از شرایط موجود بدتر نیز خواهد شد چرا که روز به روز استخرها در اختیار بخش خصوصی که هیچ علاقه‌ای به تیم‌داری ندارند، قرار می گیرد و این استخر ها کم کم از شرایط تمرینی و قهرمان سازی خارج می‌شوند.

*۳۴ سال طول کشید تا یک نابغه در شنای آمریکا کشف شود حضرتی:

از بین هزار نفری که وارد شنا می شوند تنها یک نفر ممکن است استعداد باشد، اگر این هزار نفر ده هزار نفر شود ممکن است ۵ استعداد در آن باشد. همه انسان‌ها نمی‌توانند قهرمان المپیک شوند، همه رضازاده و یا مایکل فلپس نیستند. مارک اسپیتز در المپیک ۱۹۷۲ مونیخ توانست هفت مدال طلا بگیرد، بعد از آن یک خانم از آلمان شرقی در ۱۹۸۸ سئول ۶ مدال طلا کسب کرد و مایکل فلپس در المپیک ۲۰۰۸ پکن بعد از چندین سال تونست هشت مدال طلا بگیرد. آمریکا مهد شنا است و تقریبا ۶۰ درصد از شناگران حاضر در المپیک در این کشور تمرین می‌کنند و آمریکا از لحاظ شنا و امکانات بزرگ‌ترین کشور شنای دنیا است ولی چیزی حدو ۳۴ سال طول کشید تا شناگری پیدا شود و توانست هشت مدال طلا کسب کند. استعداد باید وجود داشته باشد تا چنین کارهایی رخ دهد. بازیکنان خیلی خوبی در NBA حضور دارند ولی همه مایکل جردن نیستند. هیچ یک از بازیکنان فوتبال لیونل مسی، پله و مارادونا نیستند این ها نوابغ هستند، پیدا کردن نوابغ کار راحتی نیست. فدراسیون شنا شناگران ایرانی بیوگرافی خشایار حضرتی بیوگرافی آریا نسیمی شاد ایرانیان در المپیک 2016 المپیک 2016 ریودوژانیرو

*من اگر مدال‌آوری کنم دیگر نیازی به حمایت ندارم نسیمی‌شاد:

می‌گویند اگر در بازی‌های آسیایی مدال‌آوری کنید حمایت خواهیم کرد، من به شخصه زمانیکه در بازی‌های آسیایی مدال کسب کنم، دیگر حمایت را برای چه باید بخواهم؟ حمایت را برای کسب مدال می‌خواهم بعد از مدال حمایت مسئولان به چه درد من نوعی می‌خورد. این غیر منطقی است! نخست باید بذر را کاشت و سپس برداشت کرد. اینکه می‌گویند نخست مدال بعد حمایت نمی‌شود.

*هدف بزرگی را برای خود تعیین کرده‌ام نسیمی‌شاد:

* برای رسیدن به اهدافم نیازهای زیادی دارم نسیمی‌شاد:

برای رسیدن به هدفم چیز های بسیاری نیاز دارم، یکی از اشکلاتی که ورزش کشور ما دارد این است که ورزشکاران زمانیکه به یک سنی می‌رسند شاهد این هستند که هیچ حمایتی از آنها نمی‌شود و نمی‌داند باید چه کاری انجام دهند، درس بخوانند یا ورزش کنند. ورزش در سایر کشورها یک شغل محسوب می‌شود، مایکل فلپس در ۳۲ سالگی شنا را هم به دلیل علاقه خود ادامه می‌دهد و نیز به آن به عنوان یک شغل نگاه می‌کند اینگونه نیست زمانیکه شنا را کنار گذاشت به او بگویند حال می‌خواهی چه کار ی انجام دهی، ولی در کشور ما شناگر زمانیکه شنا را کنار می‌گذارد دیگر همه چیز تمام می‌شود مگر اینکه فرد بخواهد مربی شود خیلی برنامه خاصی برای شناگران وجود ندارد. در کشور های توسعه یافته برای شناگر المپیکی برنامه‌ریزی می‌شود و شناگر طبق آن برنامه تا آخر عمر خود ادامه می‌دهد ولی در ایران نهایتاً می‌گویند زمانیکه مدال کسب کردی و رکورد زدی حمایتت می‌کنیم.

*برای تمرین به استخر نیاز دارم نسیمی‌شاد:

یکی از چیزهایی که بسیار به آن نیاز دارم، استخر است. من در مشهد در استخر ۳۳ متر که اصلاً استاندر نیست، تمرین می‌کنم، یکی دیگر از نیاز های من و سایر ملی‌پوشان مسابقات متعدد است، در طول سال شاید یک یا دو مسابقه شرکت می‌کنیم که آن هم مسابقات اصلی است که تاثیری در پیشرفت ما ندارد. اردو ها و کمپ های تمرینی نیز نیاز اصلی هر شناگری از جمله من است.

*باید قبول کنیم علم ورزشی ما بسیار ضعیف‌تر از سایر کشورها است نسیمی‌شاد:

باید این واقعیت را بپذیریم که نه تنها در شنا بلکه در سایر ورزش‌ها علم ورزشی ضعیف‌تری نسبت به دیگر کشورها داریم. با برگزاری کلاس برای مربیان ایرانی می‌توانیم آنها را به سطح یک مربیان دنیا برسانیم تا مربیان ایرانی با معیار های سطح یک دنیا به شاگردان خود تمرین دهند. ۸۰ میلیون جمعیت داریم و مجارستان با هشت میلیون نفر جمعیت که تقربیاً یک دهم جمعیت ایران است چند مدال در المپیک دارد. اگر این شرایط برای شناگران ایرانی فراهم شود استعدادهای کشف نشده‌ای خواهیم داشت که کشف و حمایت می‌شوند. شاید هم اگر کشف شده‌اند. حتی به اندازه من هم امکانات در اختیارشان قرار نگرفته است.

*انتظارم از خودم این است که با رکورد وروی A سهمیه ۲۰۲۰ را المپیک کسب کنم نسیمی‌شاد:

انتظارم از خودم این است که چهار سال دیگر با رکورد A وارد المپیک شوم و تمام این‌ها به حمایت‌ها بر می‌گردد. اگر حمایتی صورت نگیرد باز چهار سال دیگر من یا یک نفر دیگر همین جا می‌نشیند و همین حرف‌ها تکرار خواهد شد. تا به اینجا نشان داده‌ام که استعدادی دارم که توانسته‌ام در ۱۶ سالگی وارد المپیک شوم.

*فشار روانی در مسابقه کسب سهمیه بسیار بود نسیمی‌شاد:

نسبت به مسابقات دبی فشار روانی روی ما بسیاربالا بود، در رقابت‌های دوبی چون تنها سه ماه تا رقابت‌های کسب سهمیه باقی مانده بود، استرس کمتر داشتیم ولی مجارستان آخرین فرصت کسب سهمیه بود، زمانیکه از استخر بیرون می‌آمدیم می‌دانستیم که دیگر فرصتی باقی نمانده و آخرین شانس کسب سهمیه است. تمام این‌ها باعث شد فشار روانی در کسب سهمیه بسیار بالا باشد.

*هیچ ورزشکاری در سطح المپیک بدون روانشناس نیست نسیمی‌شاد:

قطعاً روانشناس نیاز است، هیچ ورزشکاری در سطح المپیک نیست که بدون روانشناس باشد. همه ورزشکاران باید روانشناس داشته‌باشند. روانشناس بر روی من بسیار تاثیرگذار است ولی من در روز مسابقه خود به روانشناس نیاز دارم که در آن روز روانشناس ندارم ، تا یک ماه قبل از مسابقه روانشناس داریم ولی در روز مسابقه که باید روانشناس باشد که نیست.

*جدای از حس خوب؛ یک فشار سنگین روی خود را حس می کنم نسیمی‌شاد:

حضور در المپیک را نمی‌توان توصیف کرد باید خود آن را تجربه کرد تا درک شود، حسی خوبی است ولی در کنار حس خوب یک فشار سنگین را روی خود حس می‌کنم. بازی‌های المپیک لندن را که تماشا می‌کردم تصور نمی‌کردم در ریو حضور داشته باشم. ورزشکاری که حرفه ای کار می‌کند حضور در المپیک آرزوی او است. فشار سنگینی روی خودم حس می‌کنم و احساس می‌کنم که خب چون تنها نماینده‌ای هستم که از شنا، شیرجه، واترپلو در المپیک شرکت می‌کنم بالاخره یک فشاری روی من هست که چه نتیجه‌ای می‌گیرم، تمام تلاشم را کرده‌ام و می‌کنم. گفتن جوان‌ترین فرد کاروان فشار را بر روی من زیاد می‌کند.

*لباس های رژه را که دیدم تعجب کردم نسیمی‌شاد:

نخستین بار که لباس را دیدم تعجب کردم که کت چه ربطی به پیراهن دارد. حضرتی: تازه شما عکس‌ها رو دیدید خود لباس ها را از نزدیک ندیدید ( خنده).فدراسیون شنا شناگران ایرانی بیوگرافی خشایار حضرتی بیوگرافی آریا نسیمی شاد ایرانیان در المپیک 2016 المپیک 2016 ریودوژانیرو *هر شب با تصویر سازی ذهنی می‌خوابم نسیمی‌شاد: عادت کرده‌ام هر شب که می‌خوابم با هدفی که دارم تصویرسازی ذهنی کنم. هدفم در المپیک شکستن رکورد ملی است و برای رسیدن به این هدف تمام تلاش خود را خواهم کرد.

*نمی دانم این همه رسیدگی در فوتبال چه نتیجه ای دارد نسیمی‌شاد:

تیم فوتبال در اینچون باخت و حذف شد و یک شناگر از قزاقستان به تنهایی سه مدال طلا گرفت. نمی‌دانم این همه رسیدگی و هزینه در فوتبال چه نتیجه ای دارد در حالی که در شنا هیچ سرمایه‌گذری نمی‌شود. آریا نسیمی شادجوان ترین ورزشکار اعزامی به رقابت های المپیک در پایان از پدر و مادر خود و همچنین مربیان تیم ملی حضرتی و کشتکار و مربی پایه خود مشتاق عشق و ولی‌زاده تشکر کرد. حضرتی نیز در پایان ابراز امیدواری کرد سال آینده اوضاع شنا از امروز بدتر نشود. گفتگو از ساناز سلیمان آبادی
